• Solid Senior-level expertise in professional PHP development
• Collaborative team player with fair communication skills
• Comfortable with Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Continuous Deployment
• Applying software engineering principles, like SOLID, Domain Driven Design
• English speaking, German is a plus
• Feeling comfortable with our Tech Stack:
• Backend: REST, PHP 7+, Doctrine, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Frontend: Typescript, React, Redux, Saga
• System: Docker, Linux

Dabei setzen wir neue Maßstäbe in puncto Transparenz und Einfachheit und sorgen mit smarter Technologie dafür, für jeden Unternehmer „Finanzplanung auf einem Blick“ zu ermöglichen.

An unserem Standort Berlin bauen wir unseren deutschsprachigen Vertriebsbereich auf und suchen Talente, die sich mit ihren Erfahrungen aktiv einbringen wollen.

Deine spannenden Aufgaben:

• Du berätst Menschen, die über diverse Kanäle von unserer Software erfahren haben und die Interesse haben, flowpilot zu nutzen (keine Kalt-Akquise).
• In Produkt-Demos führst du Interessierte durch die Software und erklärst die Produktfeatures und -vorteile
• Du wendest moderne Vertriebstechniken an, behandelst Einwände und schließt Deals ab.
• State-of-the-Art Technologien für die professionelle Kundenakquise mit CRM und automatisierten Lead-Generierungsprozessen unterstützen dich und helfen dir, den Fokus auf den direkten Kundenkontakt zu legen.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns den Vertriebsprozess weiter und erschließt neue Zielgruppen wie Unternehmensverbände und andere Multiplikatoren.

• Bei allen Aufgaben wirst du von uns unterstützt und kannst täglich von unseren Erfahrungen profitieren.

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bringst Talent und Erfahrung bei der Kundenberatung mit, sei es über Telefon oder über andere Medien.
• Leidenschaft und Eigenmotivation im Kundenkontakt
• Du bist empathisch kannst dich schnell in deinen Gesprächspartner hineinversetzen, und es fällt dir leicht, Menschen zu beraten.
• Du schaffst es, unsere Zielgruppe auf die Reise in die digitale Welt mitzunehmen. Deine Beharrlichkeit ist dabei ein wesentlicher Faktor des Erfolges, um unseren Mehrwert zu vermitteln.
